The Student‘s Digital Journey

In the project "The Student's Digital Journey," we have conducted an assessment of the digital world we offer to our students. We have examined both the systems and tools we provide and also how our organization works to offer these services. Based on the assessment, we have identified several areas of activity to improve many of the issues we identified.

The project has taken a comprehensive approach. The improvement areas cover everything from how we present information and services on various websites to account management and support. But also, how we can develop our organization to foster better collaboration across departmental boundaries.

Ulf will present both the method and the results, including the progress they have made with their improvement efforts.
